About Westwinds Gold Jazz South:
Westwinds is a not-for-profit adult community organization operated by and for its members. They perform for audiences a number of times per year in such events as the Christmas Concert, the Alberta International Band Festival, Choralfest and other performances. In addition, Westwinds offers clinics and other classes to augment the weekly rehearsals. Gold Jazz South is a performance ensemble for advanced musicians at the grade 4-5 level.
