Molly’s career is defined not only by her extraordinary artistry but by her deep commitment to community and culture. A two-time JUNO Award winner and recipient of the Governor General’s Performing Arts Award, Molly is also an Officer of the Order of Canada and a Chevalier of France’s Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
Beyond the stage, she is a passionate philanthropist and arts advocate. Her groundbreaking Kumbaya Festival raised millions for Canadians living with AIDS, and as founder of the Kensington Market Jazz Festival, she continues to champion the next generation of artists.
