When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 30 to 45 minutes before the performance to allow time for parking, ticket scanning, and finding your seat. If you'd like extra time to explore and relax, doors open one hour before showtime. Come early to grab a drink, browse the exhibits, or visit the NMC Gift Shop and Café.

Where can I park? Is Studio Bell easy to access?

Street parking is available along 8 Avenue SE, with two paid public lots located on the north and south sides of the street.
Please note: The Indigo lot directly north of Studio Bell is not owned or operated by the National Music Centre and only accepts payment through the mobile app (no on-site kiosk).
Studio Bell is centrally located and easy to reach by car, Calgary Transit, rideshare, or on foot. Friendly staff and volunteers will help guide you from the entrance to your seats. Learn more at studiobell.ca/getting-here.

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! Drinks and snacks are available in NMC Café beginning one hour before showtime.
Looking for dinner and a show? The King Eddy is open Wednesday to Sunday, across the street from Studio Bell.

Is there museum access before the show?

Your ticket includes access to the Oscar Peterson Exhibit on Level 5 of Studio Bell prior to the performance.
Please note: Food and drink are not permitted in the exhibit spaces.

Where will I sit?

This event has assigned seating, so please keep your tickets with you to reference your seat number. Our ushers will be happy to guide you to your seat.

Our theatre accommodates 265 guests, and every seat provides an excellent view of the stage.

Does this show have an intermission?

This show will be a single 90-minute set, without an intermission.
